Every unit must have their gas meter replaced every 7 years to comply with Massachusetts law.

We will not be listing the units to for replacement here but please contact Lindao@pmandover.com if you are unsure about the age of your meter.
Every UNIT has an individual meter. Not one per building.
This is a free service
This is required by law every 7 years
There are 9 units due for replacement
These appointments are scheduled out months in advance
You must log in to your National Grid account or call to Schedule
You’re responsible to turn on your gutter cable heaters
Liability if not on and neighbors impacted
Plan for this if you are away during winter
Units 21 – 43 have responsibility to keep heat on in their basements due to the external fire suppression sprinkler heads (external covers are off) Don’t flush wipes, etc. down toilets
Notify cleaning personnel if applicable
Fix leaking toilets, dripping fixtures, etc.
Refresh your emergency contact info, car registrations, etc. with PMA annually
